Our intuitive, seamless user interface allows site managers to easily send visitors, contractors and staff an invitation to complete their inductions online prior to arrival. The visitor will receive this invite via email, allowing them to complete their induction from their laptop or mobile device from any location with an Internet connection.
The visitor simply clicks the link in their email invitation to view an induction video or presentation, set by your organisation. These videos are bespoke to your business, site and induction process. Your induction will display multiple choice questions throughout, to ensure your visitor has understood your site process and procedures. If a visitor fails the assessment, the induction platform has the ability to replay specific parts of the video again to demonstrate competency.
After successfully completing the induction, a site pass with a unique QR code is generated for the visitor. Visitors can receive their pass via email, SMS or have the option to print it. Upon arrival at the gatehouse, the visitor presents their pass to the site manager for validation before gaining access to the site. Expiry periods can be set per induction which will then automatically remind visitors when their pass needs to be renewed.
