Intasite Commercial Director and Co-owner, Danielle Croce, has been recognised as one of the Tees region’s most inspiring business leaders, ranking 5th in the 2025 Tees Business InspiraTees list. Impressively, it was her first time appearing on the list, and she was also named the highest-ranking female in this year’s results.
The InspiraTees awards, organised by Tees Business, celebrate local leaders who are making a significant impact across the region through innovation, leadership, and community contribution. Each year, the list is compiled from nominations and votes by peers within the Teesside business community, shining a spotlight on individuals whose stories inspire others to achieve more.
Danielle’s inclusion among the region’s top five marks a standout moment, recognising both her entrepreneurial success and her leadership within one of Teesside’s growing tech and media businesses.
Danielle co-owns Intasite Ltd, a Middlesbrough-based company with two main areas of expertise:
A SaaS platform that delivers remote inductions, manages contractor compliance, visitor management software, ePermits, safety briefings, and much more.
An in-house video and animation team, producing bespoke Health and Safety induction videos for industrial sites and large organisations.
Intasite’s platform supports major industrial clients across the UK in improving on-site safety and efficiency through online site inductions and other methods as listed above.
Being recognised as one of the top five most inspiring business leaders in Teesside is a proud moment for Danielle and the Intasite team. As the highest-ranking woman on the list, her achievement also highlights the growing influence of female leadership in the region’s business landscape.
Danielle remains focused on driving Intasite’s growth, continuing to innovate within the Health and Safety technology space through online induction software, and supporting local business development across Teesside. She also hopes her recognition will inspire other women in business to pursue leadership roles and make their mark in the region.
“It’s an incredible honour to be recognised among so many talented and dedicated business leaders,” said Danielle. “To appear on the list for the first time, and to be the highest-ranking female, makes it even more special. I’m proud to represent Intasite and Teesside, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”
