Intasite Achieves Record Growth as Demand for Digital Site Safety Solutions Surges

Intasite has reported record-breaking revenue and user growth, marking a major milestone in the company’s journey to transform safety and access management across high-risk industries.

Over the past year, the UK-based site safety technology firm has seen a 20% increase in revenue, driven by a sharp rise in demand for its cloud-based digital induction and access control platform. The platform, designed to help organisations streamline health and safety compliance, online induction software, ePermits, and visitor management software, now supports over 350,000 users and more than 900,000 inductions.

Among the growing list of organisations using Intasite’s technology are RWE, Biffa, and Morgan Sindall Group plc, alongside a number of ports and other safety-critical site operators.

Expanding to Meet Growing Demand

To support this continued growth, Intasite is preparing to move into larger premises and is recruiting for several key roles across the business - including video editors, business development managers, and software engineers. These new hires will play a vital role in scaling the platform’s capabilities and ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of clients operating in complex, high-security environments, and ensuring our contractor management software is perfect for your site.

Commercial Director Danielle Croce said:

“This milestone reflects the trust our clients place in us and the value our platform delivers every day. We’ve worked hard to ensure our technology remains intuitive, effective, and adaptable to each client’s needs.

What’s most exciting is that we’re only just getting started. As more industries embrace digital transformation, we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve by investing in our people, our platform, and the partnerships that make this growth possible.”

Technical Director Andy Murphy added:

“The growth we’re seeing comes from the strong relationships we’ve built with clients and the tangible benefits our platform provides — saving time, reducing costs, and improving safety and productivity. We’ve developed lasting partnerships across multiple sectors, and now we’re ready to take things to the next level with new features and fresh talent.”

Recognition for Innovation and Leadership

Intasite’s recent success has also been recognised across the region, with the company receiving multiple awards over the past year. These include the Innovation Tees Valley 2025 Professional Services Award, celebrating both innovation and impact in the health and safety technology sector.

Commercial Director Danielle Croce was also honoured as Tees Businesswoman of the Year, recognising her inspirational leadership and contribution to the region’s growing tech industry.
