Job Specification

As a Project Manager at Intasite, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our SaaS platform and production of the complimentary video content services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, developed and completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ability to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive project success will be essential in this role.

You will be responsible for clients throughout every stage of their onboarding journey and project process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Implement and manage internal project management software with cross-functional teams. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Become a subject matter expert across the suite of Intasite’s products and solutions.
  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of client projects - serve as project lead and subject matter expert to our clients, helping them learn our product and coaching them through onboarding and any integrations.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members and third-party contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards, and in line with our ISO 9001 & 27001 certifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses. Make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints.
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  • Identify product opportunities through client engagements and by addressing pain points that have the potential to enhance safety processes.
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and to build lasting customer relationships.
